Ami Boal-Bennett: Allstate Insurance

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.... me and my spouse signed up at a certain price and 3 months later we were notified that it was going up due to us not responding to something. We’re signed up for paperless and get everything via email. We called Ami to figure out what was going on and she assured us she would figure it out and get back to us within the next day or two. After a week and multiple phone calls later we decided to call another agency to see if they could help us figure it out. They gave us somewhat of an explanation and explained they had sent us multiple notices via email, which looking back we had no new emails past the “set up your online account” they informed us that even if we signed the papers that the premium would still go up and there was nothing they could do. They reached out to agency and told them to call us ASAP. We received a call from one of Ami’s agents that was by far the MOST disrespectful condescending woman I have talked to in customer service. She proceeded to tell us that we were the problem and that everything was our fault. She even mocked us over the phone making us feel stupid because we still didn’t understand what was happening. After finally getting frustrated from the disrespectful attitude we asked what her problem was and she laughed and hung up. This agency WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK AND BLAME EVERYTHING ON YOU!!! Please find another agency or another company, take it from us as first time customers just trying to find a new insurance company to call home...
