The crew at the Vancouver, East, store were knowledgeable and very helpful.nThey took my paint samples to the car and they were as quick as could be expected on a busy weekend. They were slammed when I arrived; I did not have to wait very long at all.
Very knowledgeable sales person who not only recommended a product type that would perform best in the pacific northwest weather, she also told me that it would be on sale two days later if I was able to wait to pick it up then, thus saving me quite a few dollars. Great experience - the knowledge and customer service much better than at a big box store.
Covid19 precautions were established and followed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The recommendations for the paint grade for the task at hand were very helpful and cost effective. We will be back for sure.
I drug the whole family into the store on a Saturday to pick both interior and exterior paint colors. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Both our contractors for interior and exterior also mentioned how much they liked your paint. You have earned all of my painting business moving forward.
