Houses too close together & too close to hwy 109. Since rezoned for Mt Juliet High School, prices have severely gone up for small plot sizes and under 2500 sq ft. of living space. Jr Olympic sized pool sounds great, but not for over 800 houses with families. There is one walking trail along side the creek that is nice, but if it rains too much, it floods the area. There is a clubhouse to use with reservations. HOA has strick rules due to being monitored by Ghertner.

I have bad experience with these people!!!!! They are building junk houses.stay away from there.

The heating unit is inadequate for the size of the house. Dampers are hard to find. Thank goodness for kind neighbors who help out in a heartbeat. The duct system is not properly attached. I should not have to be wearing a winter coat in my house in order to stay warm.
