They took great care of my order. They answered all of my questions and advised me on a very high-end fireplace. Online purchasing of expensive items is nerve-racking. Having someone knowledgeable to speak to was essential.
I bought a fountain from them. It doesn't hold water in the basin. They are refusing I help because I didn't cover the fountain in the winter. They never provided a cover or said one needed to be used and I live in Texas so ice isn't really a problem.nnI would recommend staying away from them since they don't back their products.
They have very fair prices online. They messed up my shipping address but I will most likely order from them again.
