Results Physiotherapy Mt. Juliet, Tennessee

This was my 2nd time with Results to rehab from multiple injuries associated with a serious car accident! The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel at ease with learning how to become stronger and ease pain! My therapist, Aaron was top notch and professional. As I have future surgeries, I will be right back at Results for my care and rehab!

The therapists and staff were wonderful to work with and played an integral part of my pre-op therapy for my torn ACL and medial meniscus. They helped me gain back my full range of motion and had me walking again. This helped my post op recovery go much more smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone having muscle or joint problems whether they are seeking surgery or perhaps trying to strengthen week points as opposed to having surgery.

Gave me great tools to work with. Aaron was honest, transparent and direct. Just could not sustain the costs long term during the pandemic. Appreciated their understanding and support tips outside of the clinic that were performed at home.

The therapist and staff are really amazing people they work excellently with me after my car accident to help me get back to the activities I really enjoy would definitely go back for any future pain or injuries

Great program that helped me so much to regain my strength & mobility. But beware of the $40.00 they want to charge you for the Dry Needling. I had already spoken to my Insurance Company to find out it's a covered treatment. I had to go to the Lebanon office because they only had 1 person that was certified to do it & he was on vacation. They tried to charge me $40.00 so I called my Insurance Provider line & they told them it was covered also gave them a code.I even said I give you 40.00 I will never see it again. I was needled at another branch the next time & told them the same thing. This was in Aug & Sept 2019. I received a bill from them in Feb 2020 so I called my Insurance Co they called the Billing Dept.They tell Rep it's not a covered service & that I signed the document I would pay it! I signed the document only after I spoke with my company & code was given to file the claim. I usually mark thru the line that says I will pay it. THEY NEVER BILLED MY INSURANCE FOR IT! My carrier told them it was a covered service so they apologized & supposedly took care of it. They waited so long to bill my co they may not get paid. If I would have given them $80.00 I wouldn't have ever received the money back nor they would have billed to Insurance. As I said I love their program & therapist but their Billing Dept doesnt know what their doing.Just be aware!
