Tried to make a phone exchange yesterday since the one we bought was not working properly, the only person working there had no idea of how to do anything, 45 minutes later still nothing. Came back the next day (today) and the guy at the counter has NO idea of how to make a return/ exchange. It's been almost 1.5 hours and here we are STILL going at snail speed because apparently the people here gets trained as they go. Not to mention their bad attitude, or the fact that for the longest time he was the only one there, both employees had to call people on the phone to get help. Go Sprint! I've bought cars in less time than this transaction is taking.
It's the place that I bought my phone. I'm quite happy. to say the least.
Terrible location. One girl working behind the counter, I waited 45 minutes to be helped. The guy in line in front of me forgot his ID and she clearly stated that she cannot get into his account without his ID (or his forgotten login information). He was insisting she call a coworker who had her day off. She tried to calm him down for 45 minutes, could have considered that other people are waiting and could have told him to leave.
The manager Aubriana was polite and very helpful. She had me in and out in record time. I would recommend this store above all others in town.
