Living at university town over the past year has been one of the best experiences! very clean, maintenance is always ready to come help, & an overall great place to live! The neighbors are very nice and cops patrolling is very comforting to know it is a safe place for all ages! highly recommend!!

Nice house, very nice people to rent from. Convenient, right by Walmart, Pizza Hut, Burger King & more fast food restaurants. Limited parking space. Good big back yard.

I’ve lived in University town for a year now and our house was very clean at move in and maintenance is always here in a timely matter! I plan on renewing my lease here because I always feel that my car and house are safe when I’m here due to the security camera at the front of the lot and the police patroling!
