Worst experience ever with a local company. Went to the store and ordered a one piece shower unit. No news for 5 weeks, we finally called and it was supposedly damaged so we say order another one, not sure it was ever ordered in the first place,. it will be here in 4 more weeks. We had to call to check again after 5 weeks, ordered the wrong one. No one offered to make it right or try to put another one on fast track for us. Ended up getting our money back and going elsewhere.

I've had a few dealings with Collins in the last three years while rebuilding a house and I've not been disappointed. Their lumber is a better quality than Lowe's, their prices are competitive, and the employees are friendly and cooperative.

Just bought a mower from these guys today. Had been wanting a Bad Boy mower upgrade they had one in stock had the best deal with in 100 miles even beating some people’s price by $1000 of Soddy Daisy. If I need another mower or anything where I can do business with them I’ll be back by there. Keith is the man to talk to on those mowers.
