Reese Plumbing

I have always used Reece in the past and they have done a great job. I called them on a Wednesday to look at a plumbing issue. The guy came out on Thursday and had to leave for an emergency call and said he would be back Friday. Friday afternoon rolls around and I called the gentleman back and asked where he was and he said it would be Monday and he's really busy working on other calls. The plumber acted like I was inconveniencing him by asking when he is coming back. Telling a customer that their issue isn't a big deal is not a good business strategy. Monday rolls around, no plumber so I called their office on Tuesday and told them what was going on. I was told I would get a call that day from her boss. I never got the call and I won't be calling them back. A little communication goes a long way.

Second time using them within the last two months. All work done was completed at two different homes. I couldn't be happier with their service and their ability to get to me quickly to fix my plumbing issues.nThey came highly recommended to me and I also would recommend them. Thanks ro Erik and his trusty aasistanr Chandler for coming out and relieving my headache from dripping water! They came and solved that issue only to find that there was not water flowing to all faucets. They stuck with it until they located the correct valves and got cold and hot working perfectly. Reese Plumbing was called hours earlier and had them at my house within hours. I will definitely use them in the future if a need arises!

I want to share my story with Reese plumbing driving to the house we are remodeling I saw a van outside of a gas station said logo Reese plumbing I had seen that company before so I spoke to a man named James Smith who at the time worked with Reese plumbing and he gave me a card he said call this number and ask for me I did. He seemed really nice. He arrived in the company vehicle and said a price for the plumbing. We agreed. I gave him a down pymnt and he came back a few times but seemed weird and wrong he mentioned a couple times he was gonna get in trouble for bringing equipment to do the plumbing at the job site. Then time went by he never really did anything to the plumbing but wanted more money and more money I was getting concerned. That’s when I called Reese plumbing directly. The owner of the company said James didn’t work for him and that he had nothing to do with the work being done here he said I was just a side gig. That hurt me and not only that but with the mess he’s employee came to do to the house and the money he took from me hurt me even more and the biggest question now is what is Reese plumbing gonna do for me? Knowing cause he made a clear statement that he knew about me and that his employee said I was only a side job while the only one being taken for a fool was me. I’m so sad I’m devastated and there might be other ppl like me out there now I have to hire other plumbing company to fix this and they’re charging me $6,700 just to fix the damages and redo all the work. That’s my experience with Reese plumbing. I’ve always heard great things about the owner of this company all I want is for him to fix this so that I can retreat my comments and my perspective of him.nThis review is a new one: I called Reese plumbing again to try to fix this situation and the owner Tommy Reese did not allow me to explain my situation he didn’t stop calling me a liar even after I gave him proof of the things I was saying and he just kept going about the things he thinks are important such as telling me awful things that he knew about his employee but he denied me the opportunity to explain. He was yelling at me forcefully and I had to tell him to stop yelling and stop calling me a liar even told him I had called many times on Thursday 28th of may he called me a liar I sent him an email of a clip of my phone where it shows the calls he said I was doing something to the phone to make it show that. Lol my experience with this man is getting really bad plz let me know any recommendations on how to go on with this
