Hers & His Plumbing

I was experiencing bubbles and was concerned about a mainline block or other issue. Michele took her time (almost an hour!) checking all three stories of my house and even the septic to see if she could find the issue. In the end everything was moving through the pipes perfectly so no repair was needed. I would definitely use them again.

That women who is apparently a Manger came to my house twice from my home warranty company. She reeked of cigarettes and wanted no part of finding anything that needed fixing. My faucet was leaking and that person said I needed to replace the whole bathtub because of micro cracks. Someone else came and said the faucet was leaking and fixed the leak. She probably works with the home warranty under the table and insures they don't have to do anything. Stay away from this company!

We have AHS and were referred to Hers & His Plumbing. Michelle came out on time and was very efficient. She replaced my garbage disposal and made sure all the pipes and fittings were correct before she left. I would recommend Michelle and would ask for her again in the future.

I was not impressed with this company. They were contracted out by my home warranty or I probably would have used a different plumber. She, and I say she because she never introduced herself, was very fast to point out everything that was wrong but was shy to actually repair anything because she was convinced the home warranty wouldn't cover the repair. So she called the warranty company and quickly became tired of waiting on hold. Said she would come back once they answered. Never came back, never called back. Home warranty company called me and said they spoke to her. All repairs should be covered minus replacing the drain valve on the water heater.nnThe plumber lady said the tank couldn't be drained because of the damage to the valve. She didn't even attempt to drain it. I, having no plumbing experience whatsoever, was able to drain the tank without issue.nnNow I understand there is always a side to things that we, as consumers, are not aware of and I do try to keep that in mind. I understand she was hesitant to do work she was afraid wouldn't be covered, I would have been hesitant as well. But, and this is my hangup, she could have used a little bit of creativity, like I did, to fix the problem. I made a suggestion to her on how to fix it and she ignored it, and I get that as well. However, I fixed the problem by doing exactly what I suggested she do. She made a mountain out of a mole hill and wasted my time when another professional could have come out and maybe tried to fix it instead of complaining.nnA handshake, a smile and a good attitude go a long way. Maybe today was a bad day for her, but she brought none of those things.

My home warranty called them ,they tried to upcharge her ,when I called to complain they sent two people back out to our house and threatened us I asked them to leave they started calling me names I had to threaten to call the police to get them to leave I ended up watching a few videos and I open and closed the valve five six times witch fixed it it cost nothing Chris the plumber new exactly what was wrong instead of doing the honorable thing he tried to get 800 dollars from my wife when confronted they became violent in my home they should be in jail not fixing people's homes
