Can't recommend these guys enough. They were recommended to me by my father in-law. I called just as they were closing on 12-30-2020. They were very professional and booked me an appointment the very next day which was new years eve. They showed up at 4 P.M. and worked until almost 7 installing and removing our old hot water tank, so we would have hot water for the New Years. They explained everything and were very professional. I did say this was on New Years Eve when most people in this business were done for the day didn't I? Again, if you need any service that this family team offers, give them a call, you won't be disappointed.
Travis did a great job for us! He was super knowledgeable over the phone, asked all the right questions, and diagnosed our problem with our water heater with no issues at all. He was super fast and upfront with quotes and we are so happy with his professional job with our water heater replacement. Everything was super smooth, and he even did a completely contact-less service. Great experience, and would recommend!
This company responds quickly and is very professional and courteous. I called them late in the evening and Travis answered the phone and was very helpful with explaining what would be included with a new install. They installed a new gas water heater for my mother. They arrived when scheduled, finished the work in a timely manner and cleaned up when finished. Also, hauled off the old heater. I would definitely recommend this company. They know what they're doing and do it for a reasonable price.
Excellent company to do business with. No pressure to buy the most expensive hot water heater. The service men were on time and professional every step of the way. It’s my pleasure to recommend this company and will use them again if necessary.
I would NOT recommend! Called this company for a consultation on my water heater. They told me it would be 5pm before they could come by. If they were going to be late, they would phone me. I told them I had to leave at 7:30 for work. They show up at 7:15, I met them in the driveway and stated, I have to leave for work. They backed out while I was talking to them. VERY disrespectful...
