So, overall I feel it was a positive experience. I ended up paying $180 for highlights when I wanted a more subtle balayage. The products were good, and Debra was super nice and fun to hang out with. I will probably be asking for less blonde next time.
Lauren Vargas at Hair Hollow did her best to tailor a hair-cut to my specific needs. She was patient with me when I was unsure of what haircut I wanted, and took the time to make sure my hair was evenly cut on all sides and blended well with the darker parts. I would definitely get a haircut from her again.
I was also pleased with the atmosphere of Hair Hollow. It was very clean and professional, sanitized very well, and I was treated great!
The woman that scheduled my appointment was a little short with me but no big deal, covid has everyone on edge. Fast forward to the day of my appointment, I realized I accidentally put two calender reminders in my phone. I called to confirm my appointment time to find out they didn't have me on the schedule at all. To wait two weeks for a hair color appointment and not even be on the schedule is extremely frustrating. I absolutely will not be rescheduling with them and will go to one of the other salons they told me to call instead of attempting to help me get a new appointment.
Best salon in Utah bar-none. Great people, great ownership, and excellent haircuts every time.

My hair was so tangeld that the hair stylists tried for 8 hours but finally decided to cut it. I was so scared that I would have to get a pixie cut. They figured it out and did a great job. I didn't get a pixie cut but a bob. I'm so happy with the experience! These ladies are some of the nicest people I've met.
