Danny and his crew have done all of our plumbing on several new homes and I'm always pleased with the quality of their work. They provide prompt and professional service. I highly recommend them.

If there was a zero star option I would have picked it because they don’t even deserve 1 star in my opinion. Moved back home after being away several years. Pipes had not been winterized and every line burst. Called stouts in August and she said she’s put me on the schedule and he would be out in a couple days to look at it. Meanwhile called several more plumbers listed online only to get no answer, no return call, a disconnected number, or not able to service my area. The ones I had got ahold that would service the area, gave me an outrageous estimate over the phone and I was in process of saving. 2 weeks after the initial call to stouts he showed up. I explained what needed to be done and he quoted me a price substantially lower than the other quote and I told him I needed him to come fix it as soon as he had an opening. He told me he was booked for two weeks but would be here. A month later no call no show I called the office and explained to the lady what had taken place and how he was suppose to come back in two weeks. At this time my family and I had been without water in the house for 2 months. We’d been relying on family and friends for showers and laundry. She said she’d get him to call me right away. A month later he’s still not called or showed up. I will recommend not using stouts at all seeing as how I’m not the only one this has happened to. I called local building supply companies and asked for recommendations and they were able to give me a number for someone who was reliable.

Just moved to town a few months ago and little options here as far as plumbers Online. We have 3 kids and needed help with a clog in our basement to the point where it overflowed when we took baths. It became an emergency, but thanks to Stouts plumbing, we have yet to receive a call back. We were told initially he would come in the morning 3 weeks ago. No call no show. Called the office and a girl said that we were not on the schedule and he was an hr away. She said she would call us back to see if he can come that day or the next. No call back. Waited a few days and Tried again. This time no one even was answering the phone. The flooding got worse and now at this point we were desperate. We tried other plumbers but they didn’t answer or didn’t service our area. We attempted one last time and again the same courtesy of no call back. In fact, we have heard several people not recommending them based on their unprofessional behavior and work wasn’t that exceptional to make up for it. We will cut our losses w this business but I will be posting this review on every recommendation site. We were able to find a great plumber to fix the issue so it all worked out. Apparently this business is so well off they don’t need customers. If I could put negative starts I would.

Can't review because they don't return phone calls! Called midday on a Friday, gal said I would get a callback within three hours. Called again the next Monday and was told I'd get a callback by end of day. That was a MONTH ago. I live 16 miles away, knew exactly what needed to be done. They obviously don't need the business. NOT recommended.

Sorry outfit! Used them for new home plumbing install and just found out today they installed dishwasher wrong which voids the warranty. Too many other things not done correctly to even mention.
