I was sad to see this place locked down like a fortress with bars on windows Etc, but when I got in the staff was very pleasant and helpful, just what you seen on the news at night. You really need to have a reason to go there or an appointment so they'll expect you and let you in the gated, locked doors.

Anna treated us awesome on a short segment on daytime tri-cities, everyone made us welcome and comfortable, their employee Jennifer Brunner gave us a tour and was friendly and knowledgeable. In fact it has inspired us to advertise with them. We scheduled a sales meeting that day!
