trying to change lincese from one state to tn, wasn't very helpful on phone, got to office they tell you what you needed one thing at a time, nothing but wasted time, need to be more informative when telling people what's needed to transfer lincese,

The staff is super helpful and welcoming, clear instructions for social distancing, and for the most part is an in and out experience provided you have the correct documentation.

Even in our social distancing, things still have to be done. This location was lean, organized, and we were in and out in a very timely manner.

It took about 2 hours from getting a number to getting a new ID. Due to covid, they give a number, you wait in your car and they call you to come in.. Thank goodness for smartphones. Most of the staff was slightly friendly, with the exception of one. Avoid Mondays and Fridays. Avoid lunch hours as they only have one person on the desk between 12:30-2pm. I would suggest getting a number, go shopping for 30-45 min, and come back to finish the task.
