I took my dog for a simple bath and nails. THREE hours later they still don't have my dog finished. The prices on some of thier stuff is reduculous

On program to buy 12 get one free now middle of program I have my 12 bar codes and they cannot accept because they changed the rules so my 12 don't count!!!! OK I guess it's OK to lie to customer as it's OK I was just taught to be honest so I won't come back!!!!
