Susan is terrific! She “got” what we were looking for quickly and never pressured us to go above our range. She knows the area like the back of her hand. She also was super helpful with recommendations, when asked, for good mortgage agents and professionals to help with repairs and remodeling. Very responsive too! Can’t say enough good things about her!

I recently purchased property in TN, and was fortunate to find a responsive realtor such as Susan Holmes. She was very knowledgeable of the area and the different listings, and was more than willing to utilize her time to personally show me the area and properties for sale. After writing a contract, she ushered me through the details, requirements, and finally the closing process. I could write more, but if you're looking for a quality realtor, she has my recommendation.

Susan was the perfect realtor for us. We sold our house while being out-of-state, and Susan was extremely helpful in getting estimates for us and working with contractors in getting repairs done. She truly went above and beyond what typical realtors do (and I have worked with several - 10+). Usually, I feel that the commission is overly high but that is what the market demands. In our case, she earned every single dollar.nnThe house sat on the market for almost two years with another realtor, yes there were several showings, but not a single offer. Within a month of listing with Susan, we had multiple offers. Susan takes the time and effort to stage the house (in an efficient, cost effective manner) that highlights the positives and minimizes the negatives.nnSusan was also very responsive with working with my mom, who had never sold a house before and answering questions. She patiently guided us thought the back and forth process of finalizing a contract after the initial offer.

Susan is a fantastic realtor! We hadn't gone through the home buying process for a while, but she was very reassuring. She listened to what we wanted, showed us a variety of houses, and then talked us through all the paperwork and steps to purchase a home in Sewanee. I can't recommend her enough!

Susan was a lifesaver. From the moment we met her, she was generous and dedicated. Susan went above and beyond to ensure we met all the best people, and that we saw all the best options for buying as well as renting alternatives. She sat with us at the local coffee shop, offering hours of her time, and discussed long and short term plans- she got to know us, and she made us feel genuinely welcome. She found us the best place to live, the best people to work with, and she was always available to chat if we had questions or concerns. We closed on our house in under six weeks- we owe everything to Susan! If you’re smart, you’ll let this incredible woman be your advocate. If we could recommend higher than 5 stars, we would.
