Staff was friendly and great until pick up. Staff was supposed to pick items up on a Monday so we waited all day for staff to pick up. They did not arrive or call. So on Tuesday they arrived to pick up items, no one was home so they removed our gate and entered to retrieve their items, causing damage to gate. When I called and ask why this happened I was told that they suddenly had the wrong phone number for me. This is strange because before they delivered the items they called me on the correct phone number. My suggestion is if you rent from them to return the items yourself.
Rented bounce house and generator. Great place it’s good people. I will be back again!!
I love these guys. They're great people. They have a great selection of tools and equipment to rent, and they also have party and event tents and stuff for that as well. Just give them some call to see what they have. They are really nice and will help you with anything they can. I'm not related to them or friends with them even, just their customer whom they've always treated very well. Don't hesitate to use them for anything you need.
We have been using reliable rental for all our rental needs ever since Dave and Cile opened it years ago. The equipment is always well maintained and the service is great.
