They r great...they do their best to complete service calls the day u have the issue n with heat as it has been that means alot...very mannerly, and business like when at ur house or on phone...i highly recommend them !!

Wrong unit install first time, second time failure to test heat on unit and failure to properly secure thermostat wires in unit. Failure to reinstall exhaust fan causing water heater to char up walls. Contractor is fired.

If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. If you like having cool air in the summer and hot air in the winter, then you might try and look somewhere else to get your unit fixed. About three months ago we called to get our unit fixed and after two fails they finally figured out the problem, after that was fixed it stopped working again and magically there was another problem which took another two failed attempts to finally find, low and behold we have another problem and after three failed attempts they have finally found it. We have racked up about $600 in “service” fees (charging us even when they only put coolant in it for it to leak out again) it would have been more if the parts hadn’t been under warranty. We waited for 2 weeks for this last part to come in and come to find out they have had it for a little over a week now and lied and said it wasn’t in. We finally asked to speak with the manager and his exact words were “I guess they didn’t tell you because they didn’t want you to get mad about having to pay the $600 plus the extra it would take to fix this last part before they would put it in” which is understandable, but why take over a week beating around the bush to tell us that? It would always take them around 2 weeks for them to get our parts in, when they would tell us 2 business days. On the bright side after we get this last part fixed by Danley’s we will basically have a brand new unit, because after Palmer’s getting ahold of it we’ve had to fix every part in it.

I had an issue with the warranty not being updated. They fixed it to 10years.
