I went in for a massage at 40 weeks pregnant. Literally two days away from my due date. I was tired and sore. I needed relief and all I got was embarrassment and “coconut water” that was just water with coconut syrup in it.
While the mediocre massage, the microfiber sheets, and the misleading beverage were disappointing, my real complaint is with the receptionist. I walked in and she greeted me half way between the desk and the door loudly asking my name and “what are you here for”. Wait, it gets worse.
After filling out my forms in the waiting area the receptionist met me there to talk about the necessary accommodations the massage therapist would have to make because I was pregnant. The waiting area was full of people and I could feel them staring at me as she went on and on about me being pregnant and having to put a pillow between my legs during the massage.
What a totally cringe-y way to begin a relaxing massage. Don’t waste $79. I did, and I regret it.
It's always a refreshing experience to be at a place of business that treats the customer with the utmost first class treatment. From the minute you walk in, the professional and friendly staff and team great you in a manner that always exceeds my expectations.
The massage therapy is some of the best I have experienced in my life.

I am in LOVE with Hand and Stone! They offer service memberships that will give you a facial or massage monthly and you know I signed up for that!
I was referred here by a family friend and was thrilled with the service and quality of work! I had the pleasure of getting my first professional massage done by Ashley. She made my experience very enjoyable and made sure to be communicative with me to make sure everything was going great. Safe to say, I walked out feeling amazing, so much that I signed up for the membership program they offer. Eagerly looking forward to my next visit.
