DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I have been going consistently for over TWO years. I still have A LOT of hair. They also have no regard for your schedule. I have often struggled with them to get booked on a day and time and I can come...even though I am booking four weeks in advance. This week I went to my appointment only to find out I was actually scheduled in their computer for 1 hour earlier. They said they couldn't re-schedule me for another 7 WEEKS!!! I pay $99 a month and have been a loyal customer for 2 years but it seams my patience is running thin with them now and I still have a lot of hair after all this time. I'd be doing a lot of people a dis-service if I didn't write down what actually goes down at this business and how they don't care about your time/schedule/money, and the results aren't that great.
I’ve been at this location for over a year and they’ve made my first experience with Laserhair very easy. I never have a problem when I have to reschedule anything. Their customer service over the phone is amazing! Kayla helped me today and she was awesome! Alyson is also one of my favorites simply because she is super helpful, does the job extremely well listening to my concerns.
All the girls here are amazing. Kayla did mine today and shes super sweet and really takes her time. Always asks if I have questions or I need anything
The tech who treated me was name Sierra, she was personable and we had a great conversation. It made me feel really comfortable in a vulnerable setting. She gave me good advice on product and was was very informative.
Everyone at the bountiful clinic was helpful & kind. Specifically, the tech Ciera. She is cheerful, pleasant, and pays attention to details during treatments. She doesn’t run through the treatments, but makes sure to hit every spot. I HIGHLY recommend simplicity laser because of the staff as well as the low prices!
