Great facility and staff! Can't thank NLBC enough. Had serious engine trouble and they helped - promptly and with insight. Back to vacation...at a great price. Serious TN values! Thank you Mark and team! (And later when I need a part they didn't have - they helped me track it down. Excellent customer service.) Highly recommend!

My daughter went in to get life vests for the kids. They were very helpful in getting the correct ones.

Worst experience I have EVER HAD!! They had my boat for 2 months, didn’t even look at it for a month, it just sat. Had to call over and over and over again to force communication. I was told by 2 different people that my work order had been pushed back 4 different times. Finally month 2 I get my boat back, was so upset I spoke with one of the owners Mark, he literally told me that the people that actually buy boats from him are the ones he services first which was why mine was pushed to the side. UNREAL, he didn’t care at all!!!!! I would sell this boat before I would ever deal with this place again. I will say that Ricky in the service department was very nice and probably over worked, Hope he finds a better place to work. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

They did get us in quickly because we were vacationing, and installed a new water pump impeller. We used the boat three times after getting it fixed, and brought it down a year later and it’s doing the exact same thing. This is the fourth use since getting it fixed, and the mechanic looking at it now is saying it needs a new one again. Basically if you go here for any fixes or repairs, plan on doing it again shortly after.
