The owner and staff are always friendly. They greet you as you arrive and are ready to help without being pushy. They have enough staff that you can be in and out of the store quickly and do not have to search for help. I’ve also used their curbside service. It has always been a breeze. They also always thank you for doing business with them.

Love this hometown hardware store! They always have what I need from canning supplies to painting and everything in-between. And their prices are not that bad for a small business.

Always very friendly and helpful staff. I actually don't go here too often as most of the construction work I do is in the Knoxville area, but when I need something local they have always had what I need, such as for knobs, plumbing supplies, drywall sandpaper, staples, etc. Anytime I have needed to get key copies for a house or car, I always go here, and they always work unlike some other places I have tried.
