Could you all please stop changing the day the bill is actually due it messes everyone’s schedule up as to leave it on the 21st instead of changing it to the 17th or 20th just stop ! Maybe then you won’t have any late charges to call out ok?!
They can’t get to an outage to save their lives
I pay my landlord for my electric each month and it's never late. But my power has been off 3 times since 5pm yesterday and 3 am it went off and now it's been off since 6; 30 pm . before that it's been off about 5 times this month I live between loy road and dividing ridge road
Bill was 3 days late and they cut me off, balance is paid, reconnection fee is paid. 3 days later I’m still in the dark.
