After trying for several weeks to get an appointment for my 88 year old mother-in-law at other places in the county with no luck, finally called the health department in Seneca. They answered right away and after just a few questions we have an appointment! Thank you for not making it complicated.

Say what you want about the OCHD but they are the only one in the area that have any idea what is going on with the COVID vaccine. After hours online and on the phone, I called them...pick up on the first ring, a very helpful and cheery person answered the phone and informed us how to get an appointment. Once we got the email from VAMS it took, minutes to create an account and schedule an appointment for my 82 year old mother to receive the vaccine next week!! KUDOS to our local public health office! THANK YOU!!

If I could give zero stars I would. You can never get anyone to answer a phone. These people really need to learn how to do their jobs. How do they expect anyone to be able to make an appointment if they can’t do something as simple as answering a phone.

One of your service desk people has told someone my personal information that i was at y'all's health clinic AND also told them what I was doing there .I don't appreciate my personal information being spread around. Pretty sure that's iligall and a violation of my rights. I'm going to be seeing what I can do about this because I am Furious!

Brought my daughter here and they do not allow parents or anyone with the patient and that is WRONG!! If she was 18 that would be fine but shes not! Im livid!!
