Fike Physical Therapy is amazing. The facilities are well kept and maintained for patients. Hampton is the best pt I have worked with, I have made a lot of progress with my injuries thanks to him. He is attentive to how my injuries are doing in the session and has no problem switching the routine up if needed. I high recommend this place.

Such a great experience! Even after 3 knee surgeries they helped me get back to feeling like myself again. All the staff is so welcoming and they are all so friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends.

I came to UPTSM with a strained/torn muscle in my pelvic floor in the middle of training for my first marathon. Hampton created an individualized program that helps strengthen my leg and heal my injury using strengthening exercises, cupping, the Alter-G, and more. Four week later, I am back to training slowly building back my mileage. UPTSM is so convenient as a student at Clemson! I definitely would recommend getting physical therapy here, and I will be returning in the event that I have another injury.

I went here for a broken scaphoid in my wrist, and I recovered faster than planned given my diagnosis from the Doctor. I was always given full attention and had access to the best physical therapy equipment. I would 10/10 recommend this facility for anyone needing therapy.

This place is incredible! I was passing through on a work trip and seeking care for a very painful pinched nerve in my neck. Not only did they get me in on very short notice, Christina and Brad were in credibly helpful and welcoming to a visitor to the area. Thanks again for the help, highest recommendation on all fronts!
