I was sent to Life Strides last year for a back injury then knee therapy. The most important this to me was learning about Core Exercises.nnIn November of this year I had surgery to repair and replace previous hernia mesh surgery with an incision from my xiphoid process to my naval. After a month of pain control I am now able to do the Core Exercises at home that I learned to build up my strength once again.nnI love all the staff at Life Strides. They made exercise fun!

Receptionist was very rude to me when I was trying to get in touch with a therapist. Suggested that I don’t try and come in and I should rather make a call to get in contact with said therapist. When I told her I’ve tried to call and I’ve gotten no answer she said that’s probably what will happen. So what am I supposed to do huh?

I have been going here for a lower back issue causing me tremendous pain and keeping from using my leg like I should and not only have they helped me literally get back on my feet somewhat but have been very kind and encouraging. Ide recommend them to anyone and everyone

Life Strides in West Union is GREAT! I have been going to Life Strides twice a week for several weeks. They are treating me for serious back and neck disorders and injuries, as well as recent problems with dizziness. Monte Wright, the director and owner, is very knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. The entire staff is great. They have many clients and a lot of work, but they are always pleasant. I have had a LOT of experience with physical therapy in Oconee and Pickens counties over the years, and they are the best I've used. Don't be misled by radio commercials about back issues. Try here first. I was referred by a friend who has a PhD in physical therapy. She has sent many clients here and has gotten a lot of positive feedback.

Had a torn rotator cuff which resulted in a frozn shoulder. Had 3 weeks of treatment and I am 100% better. Excellent therapists and staff. Hope I never have to go back but if I do this is the place to go. Thanks!!!
