This used to be our pharmacy of choice, but their head pharmacist (who I adored) retired a little less than a year ago, and I have to warn people: They have gone so far downhill that I'm afraid they're going to kill someone. I've received medications with profoundly incorrect instructions (thankfully I've been taking that pill for some years and knew the right dosage, but man, I hope the person who got my instructions on their prescription is okay ...). Prescribed an antibiotic and an antispasmodic, I was told that they only had one ready, but it was the antibiotic, so I could start the other one tomorrow. I went home and found the antispasmodic in the bag. I have transferred all my prescriptions to the Clemson location now, as I don't feel it's safe to rely on this location anymore.

Although I just started using Pendleton CVS my wife has used it for years with good service,I changed recently because of that and having Greg there ,now he has retired hope for same great service

I left work for some medication I needed I was told 45 minutes and that is fine I understand things take time. I get the text saying its ready I leave work again only for one to be ready and they have no clue where the other one is. After a few minutes of waiting while the looked for it I was rudely told I would have to come back in 15 minutes like really you messed up and I have to leave a third time. This is exactly why I left this location they never have what I need and always mess something up.
