The bed bugs and blood on the pillow were enough to get me to check out at 10 pm, despite having sleepy kids. The hair on the mattresses and thick dust on the headboards didn’t help. Nice front end staff, great decor if you’re a Clemson fan, but it desperately needs better cleaning.

At first look the hotel is pretty decent, but I would NEVER stay there again! First off the front desk staff is rude they didn’t tell us it was an extra $50 fee per room for whatever reason, they gave us the wrong room key twice, then woke us up at 4:30 in the morning to tell us our card didn’t go through but we paid and received a receipt for both rooms why would they have given us room keys if we didn’t pay? I asked the man if we could figure it all out when we woke up he told me no and kept calling the room phone back to back until we finally came down there after we showed them on my husbands phone where the money was taken off his card the man STILL was telling us we didn’t pay he then proceeded to call the police on us! After everything was sorted out they ended up OWING us money for over charging our cards, they told us the $50 was a “deposit” and we would receive both of them back and we never did. This was by far my worst experience EVER at a hotel!

Was just ok. Could have been cleaner. Used coffee pod was left in the coffee maker, only one regular pod available, light in shower did not work. Bed was comfortable. Entire first floor and check-in area smelled like Snoop Dog's private wing for both days. Daytime staff were great, nighttime staff could care less. It was convenient to U centre On College which was nice. Probably won't stay again as there are other options we'd like to try.

Terrible, management is a joke, they over book the hotel then try to blame you for the issues they cause. Manager is a joke, guy couldn't manage a lemonade stand honestly. The rooms were disgusting and not cleaned. Booked my room here for a wedding about 2 months in advance , they lost my reservation and made us stay somewhere else. Please don't waste your time at this place. There is a comfort inn located in the same parking lot, stay there instead.
