Stayed in a jacuzzi suite for Valentine's Day weekend. Gentleman at the front desk gave great customer service when we arrived! Loved being in the heart shaped jacuzzi! Very relaxing and romantic! Comfortable bed. Gave less than 5 stars because the location of the hotel wasn't very scenic, stains on the curtains, and there were long hairs on the bath towels (but they replaced them with no problem).
I'm loving my stay here. The place is clean it smell good. My room is beautiful the bathroom is spotless. The front desk clerk very nice and friendly. The outside is clean. I have no complaints or regrets for choosing Best Western.
Have stayed here several times and never have any problems. Staff nice, room nice, although could use some updating. The beds are comfortable, but the other furnishing are old/stained. Didn't use. Haven't used the pool, have only stayed in cooler weather. We enjoy the in room hot tub at each stay, and have had no issues with cleanliness or functionality. As a bonus, there is a restaurant right next door, and a convenience store next to it, easily walkable. We have had nice, quiet stays.nThe breakfast has been put on hold due to covid-19, but they had juice and coffee readily available. We like it here, it's our go-to.
The Housekeeping staff does a wonderful job. Upon arrival I was greeted by the associate working behind the desk with a smile and was treated like someone not a disease. Thanks for making my stay here wonderful and again Thank You so very much Lori who works in housekeeping and does an outstanding job and is very knowledgeable of her duties and handles them promptly and efficiently. We picked this place last minute as we were traveling and my kiddos were tired. This wasnt the cheapest, wasnt the most expensive in the area, but I figured itd be fine for one night. The people are friendly, but it reaks of cigarette smoke. You can smell it just walking down the first level hallway. I wanted to get a drink (but you have to go to different floors to get a drink and a snack..we had a snack machine on the 3rd level but no drink machine). We changed rooms and it wasnt any better. I guess if you smoke you wouldnt mind staying here. I personally wouldnt stay again..nnThere were a lot of stay cats running around outside the building too.
