Hotel was comfortable and convenient. Front desk staff representative was very courteous and was wearing a facemask. Some noise from the highway, but we had a restful night.
This is the cleanest hotel I have stayed in to date. My fiancé and I have driven across the country from South Carolina all the way to California. We have stayed at numerous different hotels anywhere from 3 to 5 stars.nI have stayed at five star hotels and gone out and bought cleaning supplies simply because I would find dust or mold or hair around the Fossetts or around the toilet. The bathtubs and showers were always the worst. However this location blows away everybody. Every location in America would have to step it up about 100 notches to beat the cleanliness this location offers. On top of that housekeeping, they have the most compassionate and friendly staff. I understand corporate America. I know these men and women work very hard especially during the Covid pandemic and so many other hotels remain open when they should be shut down. I think this Hampton Inn and suites should be used as a reference and training resource because they are top-of-the-line and on point. Way to go. We stayed a few weeks ago just as a get a way. One night... I mean who goes out and take pictures of the bathroom of hotels ud83dude04⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f⭐ufe0f five stars for cleanliness and the fantastic hospitality provided to me by our room service. Thanks for the great stay!
While no complaints with clean room, patio, and to-go hot breakfast, it took over five calls to the hotel hoping to recover my rain coat and gloves left in the room’s coat closet. After finally reaching the housekeeping manager and hotel manager, no luck - reflecting poorly on the hotel’s integrity, as a housekeeping staff member must have stolen the items. Don’t make the mistake, like me, of leaving anything valuable behind.
Loved it! Very clean, modern, and quiet. The staff at the front desk work quickly and efficiently getting everyone signed in. The cleaning staff do an awesome job and one even saved me a trip to the front desk by letting me in my room (after verifying my identity). I would highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites in Senaca.
The room was larger than we thought it would be. It had a nice king size bed and living area with a pull out sofa. Our grandson spent the night one night so I got the pull out sofa. It was not comfortable for an adult. I felt springs all night. Other than that, we were very pleased.
