We enjoyed our spacious 2-room suite, and it was convenient for us to tour Clemson. Unfortunately neither of the two bathrooms were completely clean (hair on floor/baseboards). Clemson was experiencing a cold snap, and our heaters did not work. The hotel sent a nice security guard to try to turn them on, but they never warmed up.

Clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds. Easy access, once you realize the best way to access the parking lot is via the shopping center next door. The restaurant is excellent with great food at reasonable prices with an incredibly wonderful staff. The fire pit out back is right next to the lake and adjacent to the pool. Lakeview is definitely worth it for the view. The room with the full kitchen is worth the upgrade.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and neat. We were impressed with the size of rooms and the amenities. We were close to restaurants and stores. The lakeside view was breath-taking. Might could use a little something for young children like play area etc. Staff were friendly Definitely will be back.

Was looking forward to staying here for a weekend getaway. Was very disappointed with my check in experience. I arrived after 4, to be told that my room was not ready. I was never really given a roughly time when it would be ready just that it was ready and waiting in it to be thoroughly checked. With that the girl at the front desk stated that she would call me personally to tell me when the room was ready. My bf and I waited in the car until after 5 to call and ask was the room ready. Upon asking in the phone there was still a unknown time of it being ready. I waited five more minutes and my bf and I walked in with our bags standing at the front desk waiting to be approached. With that, the girl at the front desk had a very more important conversation that trying to get me checked into my room. I say this to say, no one never called me to tell me if my room was ready like she stated she would. Don’t say your going to call me and say you will let me know when it was ready and then don’t. The fact that I had to call and then ask again was it ready to be told that it should be? Sounds like my room wasn’t ready to begin with when I checked in from the beginning. My question... why was it not ready when i checked in and proceeded with the check in process? But yet, other people were checking in behind me no they checked in with no problem?
