The epoxy flooring they did in my office was outstanding! Black with the light blue swirls finished the look I was searching for!! Made the room pop and the floor is the first thing people notice when they walk by the room. THANK YALL!

Austin and his team are hard workers and have so much attention to detail for cleaning. He was quick to respond to my calls and questions. They accomplished so much in the amount of time they were there and worked until the job was completed. Each team member personally cared about us and the work they were doing. I would recommend them very highly!

Austin kept in touch with us about our wood floors. We had to postpone because of the tornado and our power outage, but he kept in touch and rescheduled easily. Prompt, very courteous, and did a great job. He is very concerned about our satisfaction and we will use him again.

I would NOT recommend this company. I hired them to work at my rental property. My issues were as follows:nI asked several times for them to communicate when they would be coming and they had very poor communication.nThe email I sent after the first cleaning:n“It would be great if you could communicate a little better about these types of things while you are there so repeated trips aren't necessary. Some of the issues could have been resolved with a phone call while you're there. Also it is important for me to know when you will be there. The last text I got from you said you would finish and the do the final walk through on Saturday and you didn’t call or show up. I understand if it took longer but please communicate with me about what is going on and when you will be there because I may have other work scheduled.”nnIssues from second visit (note 3 security issues!):n“There were still important issues that were overlooked this time that I thought you should know about:n1. The upstairs owners closet was not lockedn2. The trundle bed upstairs was not made , there was a stain on the mattress protector and there was no blanket on the shelf in that room to be used on the trundle bed.n3. All toilet seats were left completely open- need to be left with seat down or closed completely.n4. None of the bathrooms had the right number of washcloths/hand towels/and or towels.n5. Porch door was not lockedn6. the gate to the dock was not locked, I locked it but please make sure this is checked in the future.n7. There is a bag of ice purchase by renter in the bottom drawer of the freezer that should’ve been removed.n8. Mirror in master bath has smudges on it”nLater I discovered one of the beds had no mattress protector or sheets or pillowcasesn_______________________________________________nnThe last time they had to return I sent a list to the “Manager “ outlining all that was missed and saying my dog was there and I needed to know when they would come so I could put her away. They didn’t communicate with me about when they were coming and showed up unannounced without the checklist she was supposed to be there to check and without the list of things that had been missed.n———————————————nThird visit:n“-There is a mattress cover in the owners closet which means one of the beds is missing a mattress cover.n-The door to the lock box was left OPEN and the lock code was left on the dial - ALWAYS make sure the numbers are skewed before leaving!n-The king sized sheets are missing from the owners closetn-This bin doesn’t look like it’s organized because there are different colored pillow cases near the top and matching sheets no where to be found.n-I found this stained washcloth in the kitchen bathroomn-There is a stain that looks like gum on the kitchen floorn-Cobb webs on lights outsiden-the porch door was left unlocked again”n——————————————-nThey came back on Christmas Eve to try to complete everything. When I pointed out that sheets were missing one of the workers pitched a fit and said “I’m not dealing with this on Christmas Eve!” I told her that she needed to leave. She refused so I had to threaten to call the police before she would finally leave my house. I tried to call the manager right after it happened and he didn’t respond for several hours. If all of this has been done when they came the first time, and the person who came back on December 23rd had communicated to me and been prepared for the follow up, they wouldn’t of had to come on Christmas Eve.nnAustin, the Manager, stated that he wouldn’t reimburse me for the lost sheets unless I had filed report with the police and they proved that they were stolen. He also defended his people even after all of the above issues. When I hired him he promised that he would check behind them to make sure everything was done. He never checked behind themnnAlso interesting to not that one of the reviews here is the cleaner I almost had to call the police on and another has the same name as the “Manager:
