This is the worst hotel I have been to in a long time. The pool water is a swampy green. The rug in the room clearly hasn't be vacuumed. The door to the room has water damage. The door in the bathroom has water damage. The bottom of the walls has rust. The lamp shade is torn. The pillows aren't cushiony. The shower looks like it hasn't been cared for. I would not recommend staying here unless you have no where else to go.
The price was decent. The beds were clean. Downside was the lady at the front desk did not have great customer service at all. She didn't stand up to greet us, she just sat there. She answered a personal Facetime call while checking us in.nFor the room, the bathroom was a bit small. The upgrade looks like a botched job. House keeping forgot a used towel that was hanging on the back of the door.
Bed was broken, a.c. unit fall ing out of the wall. Half finished update. Only highlight was the front desk people.
Nice rooms , great service.
