Spent two nights here and had a wonderful time! PJ and Mac are superb hosts, very accommodating and make you feel like family. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again!
Our family had a wonderful time on Daufuski Island. PJ welcomed us right as we got off the ferry. She gave us all the information needed to explore the island. Breakfast was delicious especially the homemade blueberry muffins and pomegranate fruit salad. Our bedroom was beautiful decorated with pillows and art work from Peru. We really enjoyed our stay at The Tara Retreat center.
We have spend a spectacular weekend at Tara Retreat and B&B. Hosts PJ and Mac are extremely caring and welcoming, and just make you feel like a part of the family. We received some great tips for places to visit on the island. The B&B itself was very relaxing, spacious, very clean. We were very lucky to find this place and would recommend it to anyone in the heartbeat! Thank you for our perfect getaway :))
We went to Tara Center for a family excursion organized by our daughter. Not knowing what to expect, we were extremely happy with everything about Tara Center. From the golf cart pick-up by Mac, welcoming sign and greeting by PJ, to the lovely decor, yummy breakfast, and the perfect location, all was fabulous! Yoga on the beach and fun walks with their dogs loved as well. We also were thrilled with the new friendships made between our family and our hosts! We shared dinners out and a silly string birthday for our grandson. PJ and Mac really made us feel at home. Highly recommend The Tara center for a relaxing, and/or as active as you want, experience!
PJ and her husband were great hosts! The house is beautiful and very cozy! The bedroom was very clean and the bed was so comfortable! The food was amazing and there were plenty of options depending on allergies! We had a million questions about the island, the history, the places to visit while there and they both were so helpful! It was such a nice getaway but still had that home feeling. Highly Recommend!
