Save your money, unless you’re simply looking for a place to lay your head for a few hours this ain’t it. The smell may have just been the muggy air of being close to the sea but if not that’s a bad look. The place had a roach in the desk, leaking toilet and stains on the comforter. When I addressed it with the “manager” there wasn’t any urgency in her response. Maybe she was having a bad day to which I empathize if she was but still she does have a job to do specifically in reassuring customers IF this isn’t the typical customer experience. The only reason I didn’t give it a one star was because it wasn’t so bad we needed to leave immediately....just do better.
The rooms were clean and service was on point, housekeeping met us at the room was extra blankets and pillows. It was a cold night and would have been nice at the rooms had been warmed up but they hadn't, the heaters did warm the place up quickly though. I would give it five stars for its price range
For price paid was very satisfied. Clean room very comfortable bed sheets and pillows got a great night's sleep. Breakfast was okay lucky to have any breakfast during covid. Would definitely stay again when in the area.
I'm always amazed whenever I make a reservation for a non-smoking room and the first thing I find in the room is a used ashtray. Furthermore, the shower drain was almost completely clogged. Disgusting.
Really cozy place but also roomy!! The staff are really nice and the property is very clean and well maintained!
