We stayed here for 2 nights over spring break and loved it. From the valet desk to the front desk, breakfast staff, housekeeping...everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We felt right at home here and the children were a little sad to leave. We'll be staying here the next time we're in town. Thank you all for a wonderful, comfortable stay!

Nice hotel, rooms are clean and comfy. We had a room facing the street which was awesome for the views both day and night. But be aware, ASK FOR EAR PLUGS. Around 7am every morning when all the cars are back on the road it is so loud and sounds like your window is WIDE open. No sleeping in for sure.

The anticipation of swimming the first night, the pool wasn’t working. Hidden fees that only the hotel informed workers about, and not the customers. Bad business for the company. Honestly it’s good to have extra money in my bank account if something like this happens to you.

What was supposed to be an exciting one-night stay turned out to be a nightmare. I booked my hotel room through a travel agent and when we arrived not only did they not have our reservation but the address and the pictures the agent advertised was actually the Hampton inn. I checked in with Ashly and when I told him about our situation he was just as frustrated and upset as we were. Instead of just looking for open rooms in the double-tree he also when the extra mile to call around and look up other hotels in the system for any openings. Sadly there were none this last minute but I was very happy with the effort he put in to try and remedy our trip that sadly was not able to happen in the end. He did an amazing job and gave amazing effort and performed beyond his job description! I never had been inside or stayed at the double-tree but if people with great attitudes and work ethic like him work there I will be returning!

All employees were extremely polite during our stay. Valet did an amazing job of having our car ready when we were ready to leave. Definitely stay here again in the future!!
