Farmers Insurance - Tim Shirley

He is half the price as anywhere else. I have two cars and it's only $50 a month. And I live in a different state. He is kind of slow. But it is worth it for the savings. So if you are cheap, and like to keep your money, then you better give him a call. I would give him 4 out of 5 stars. If he wasn't so slow he would get 6 out of 5 stars. Now a month later, he picked up his speed quite a bit. So now I wouldn't say that he is slow anymore.

We've been with Tim for 2+ years thought he was being 100% honest with us. We have been paying automatic payment, via our debit card. When looking at my recent statement, which we have always wanted paperless there is a 5.00 service fee. The fee is for not paying automatic bank and getting paper. I talked to Tim, he said he needs my routing number to not pay the fee. He never asked for a routing number when we signed up. In my opinion he was dishonest when signing us up via our debit card. $5.00 dollars a month per customer is a lot of money. Changing agents ASAP!!!

this has been the worst experience ever. i came to this guy for commercial insurance. he gave me a price of $8141 for a premium. i filled out the paperwork, signed it and made a deposit of $2741. 1 month later he called and told me that it wasnt approved by the under writer's and they had come up with a new premium number for me of $15,050. i stated i didnt want to move forward. Tim said ok no problem ill cancel your policy. now he is refusing to give me my full refund. Im filing a lawsuit against this company. i DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY DUE TO MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. also this the first time ive ever been Cussed out by an insurance agent then hung up on. ive been dealing with this since Sept4th 2018. Today is Dec5th 2018.
