Farmers Insurance - Bryce Miller

A good insurance agent must provide ,ore than a current premium quote. They need to understand the insurable risk you have in your lifestyle and develop a package of coverage that is both premium sensitive and protects your interest. Bryce called me on an early Friday evening after I had requested a quote, He took the time to learn what coverage's I thought were necessary and then suggested several adjustments. I got better coverage, lower premiums and felt I was listened to.

I have been insured with Farmers through the Miller family since Bryce's dad ran the place. Their office staff, Bryce and his Dad have always given me that good old fashioned feeling of actually being appriciated and respected every time i deal with them whether in the office or on the phone. They are extremely professional and prompt. When they say they will get back to you with the info you need they do so and do so when they say they will. Not only that but i do price check insurance rates and not once have I found a company or agent that has offered me a better price for comparable coverage. If you are looking for a new agent or insurance company you will not go wrong by ending up here. I rarely give high praise to any customer service orientated business anymore .... but when it is earned as the Miller agency has, it needs to be stated loudly...YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED BY GOING IN THEIR OFFICE AND CHECK THEM OUT!!! By the way I've been a client of theirs for 20 years.
