This office has been very helpful in increasing my Independence my balance is much better and I've been able to use the vision that I have with macular degeneration to the fullest extent. Everyone is very nice to me and helps with various things, such as ordering a roll later and helping me set it up I would definitely recommend it, and do, this offers to anyone else who has neither physical therapy, especially those who only think that chiropractors are there salvation.

It is bad when the student is a better therapist than the one I worked with majority of the time. At least he paid attention to me. I never worked with the therapist who was on my schedule. Most of the time it was myself and another patient sharing one therapist. She would describe what to do and how many time to do it, then go get on her computer. Every exercise she would tie my legs up with elastic bands. It doesn't seem safe to tie a person's ankles up, and make them do walking squats across the floor. Same routine, you think if it wasn't helping and causing more pain, she would switch it up. Or a least look at the notes to see what other exercises I had done with the student. He is the only one that focused on my lower back. I am just glad that it is over with.

Aquatic therapy at the West clinic is helping me through my recovery with my side effects from COVID. Traditional therapy is too painful for me and the pool has allowed me to strengthen with less pain. All the therapists are wonderful!

Every few years I end up back in physical therapy for various reasons. I usually hate it and feel like they genuinely don’t care, this is NOT the case here. I look forward to my sessions because they know what they are talking about. They take the time to walk you through the motions and take an interest to your personal life when you feel like sharing. I started out with constant pain in my hips, back and pelvis... it was to the point where I had trouble walking. I am hardly in pain these days. Not just because of the sessions but also the knowledge they’ve shared with me. I have an understanding of WHY I am in pain and not just told to do exercises and hope it will fix it. I can’t fathom how I’ve been in pain for 15 years, seen dozens of doctors and physical therapists but how this is the ONLY place where I feel like it’s making a difference/ fixing the problem. So, thank you all very much for taking the time to care and not just trying to get me back through the door. I greatly appreciate it.nnI’ve also been here during a training process for a new staff member and can see that they aren’t cutting corners. He’s constantly asking questions, observing and doing some exercises himself (to put himself in our shoes) and it seems like they love to help him along and give him tasks.nnThis place is top notch y’all. ud83dudc4d

Dawn and Kelsey are very professional and friendly. They always check my position to make sure I’m properly exercising and don’t mind if I loose count or ask questions. My hour goes so fast and I’m so gladnI came to therapyud83dudc4d Thanks to all!
