Front desk person was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good. I wish there were more warm options though. They served turkey patties, eggs and hash browns. Much more grab and gos were served as well.nThe room was nice.. We booked a studio suite through Expedia for 2 nights... the only exception would be the shower. The door would not stay shut so we had to rig it and put our shoe in the corner part -that way we wouldn’t get water all over the floor or be super cold ud83eudd76 . I’ll include a photo. We were in room number 223. Also, we saw the cleaning lady on our floor emptying trash cans and putting in clean towels and toiletries in rooms, but failed to knock on our door for refills (bummer). I give this suite a 3/5 rating. I expected a tad bit better altogether. Do your research first.

The rooms were great for the price. The breakfast was a different story. The breakfast attendant had a very nasty attitude and seemed as if she could not attend the breakfast and the front desk by the way she was speaking and moving. She singled me out even though I went to her and I asked her if she had an extra mask, my strap had broken off of mine. She went berserk. A guest noticed her actions and gladly handed me a mask to wear all the while three men and herself did not have a mask on. And the fact that she spends more time in the breakfast area and the front desk and doesn’t have a mask on is completely mind boggling to me. Ma’am if you cannot handle this job, you absolutely should not be working here because this is a very nice place to be working at let alone staying over night as a guest. You are ruining their vibe and the negative energy follows.

The location is great as it is near lots of restaurants within walking distance, gas station super close and very close to I-20. The room was very clean and neat but that mattress has a lot to be desired as it was pretty hard. The morning staff was super friendly(afternoon group not so much in my opinion) and the breakfast had something for everyone. My only recommendation would be simple instructions for the waffle maker.nI would stay here again and recommend it.

ABSOLUTELY OUR WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! If I could give zero stars I would. The front desk clerk was awful. She issued us a room key that was already occupied by a guest, she was EXTREMELY unprofessional, even dressed unprofessionally she had a hot pink thong hanging out the back of her pants. Our entire baseball team had booked in advance and half of our rooms were given to other guest before we arrived even though we had already paid. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
