My family and I have been staying here for a few months now and absolutely love it here. Very friendly and family oriented especially two of the front desk people DJ and Amani! They are so caring and wonderful people to deal with. They have worked with us in this hard time, And been so caring. I will always look forward to seeing them. They make your stay worth being here.
Front desk staff were very professional and friendly. Love the hardwood flooring and the space. The rooms are clean and the linen as well. It’s an easy access to all the restaurants on this strip which is another plus! AJ the front desk manager has also been very helpful with making sure that I get my mail and also handling any issue that I had! I recommend this ud83cudfe8 to anyone that’s looking for a budget friendly price.
Nice place. Front desk manager DJ is very professional. Had a few issues with a room the first night but DJ went out of his way to take care of the matter. So far everything is fine with our stay. Would recommend.
After a rough 1st experience I decided to give them 1 more chance (bc people have off days and I'm a believer in second chances) and I am so glad I did. My opinion has been changed and thougjts on this establishment have improved vastly. carol and DJ and all the other staff I've encountered since have been extremely polite and so helpful going outta there way to ensure my experience was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone needing a nice budget friendly equipped with a kitchenette hotel with amazing caring helpful staff to give them a try.
Have stayed at this hotel many nights in the past couple of months and was really impressed with the professionalism and effectiveness of the front desk manager DJ. Every time that there was an issue with any reservation or anything I needed in my room DJ would make sure it would get fixed immediately. Very attentive and convenient customer service.
