The hotel staff (Mr. Greg) was extremely pleasant! I checked in pretty late but it was no problem because they had already called to make sure I would still be coming! I woke up late and had to call for late check out and the young lady was very nice and said it was no problem. When I reached the counter to check out she asked about my stay with a warm smile! I really appreciate the kindness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and the room!

Everything was great except the breakfast. Comfy bed clean room, thin walls but that didn't bother me. All they had was bad coffee and bear claws for breakfast unless I wanted to thaw out a frozen omelet or frozen biscuit. I'd recommend staying elsewhere only if you're booking for the breakfast, other than that it was great.

Accidentally booking Quality Inn in GA, USA instead of in Western Australia. Called up immediately to try to cancel so I could rebook in Australia and they straight up refused. A great way to make $150 I guess, but definitely would not give them my business ever again.

The room was nice, but it had a smell to it.nAnd water was leaking out of the bottom of the refrigerator.
