Amazing customer service! Been shopping here for years, and the sales associates never disappoint. Also love how they are always happy to adjust and clean my sunglasses after the purchase. They have been taking care of me for years. I also love the way the store is after the renovation they did.
Sunglass Hut on South Market Street in Charleston is a great place to go for all things sunglasses and eyewear. I really like the selection that they have available and I am regularly able to find a pair that looks good and works well for what I am attempting to achieve. The staff here is very welcoming and patient to make sure that you find exactly what you are searching for.
Usually not a big review person but Kerri at Sunglass Hut deserves 5 stars for answering all of my questions & helping me find exactly what i wanted! Many options to choose from and staff that knows their information. Cant beat it!

The customer service at this location was awful! Management and the employees seemed disinterested in answering questions regarding the return and repair procedures. Don't waste your money at this location!
