Nice place,and always clean. Good people. Children playing. Gardening & landscaping look great. Ive noticed speed limit signs. Patrons coming and going abide by the limits. I would recommend this housing community

Great place to live. Quiet park. Close to everything I need. Close to both I-26 and I-526. Short distance to downtown.

I was visiting a friend. Visitors parking is not very good.

I have some workers and also one of my old bosses used to live in this neighborhood which is strictly trailers / manufactured homes but nothing wrong with that. It's a quiet place I really don't hear about too many calls going to this place or too many sirens. It's also pretty clean place to the management keeps it nice and I'm pretty sure there are some amenities in there but I'm not sure. If you're looking for a place, like Apartments but your neighbors aren't beside you and above you grab a spot in here if it comes up for rent. You can go in the place and drive through it but please abide by all the rules
