Staff is always friendly and courteous. I’ve never had a long wait or negative interaction while going here. From front counter to nurse/doctor staff, everyone has been pleasant.

The receptionist at the front does not have great customer service skills. This young lady doesn’t give the patients a chance to express their concerns, she is more focused on allowing the job to do her and not focused on the needs of the individual. Very disappointing!!nnThe physician that was available got the examination done and were out the door. Be patient, it is walk-in but you will have about an hour wait which is to be expected during. Covid Precautious were well in place and the facility was very clean and presentable.

Great staff, polite, personable, funny; active bleed so no wait; Dr. Young, who was also very nice, stitched me up and i went home. Great experience under the circumstances.

Overall great experience. They had a good flow going even though it was busy. I was seen after a 30 minute wait. Tamara was a star. She was so kind and explained everything. She really knew what she was doing. I didn’t even feel my PPD she was so smooth. Wish I could say the same for TDAP. That can’t be smooth. I have never even heard of Concentra before. Now I know who they are and grateful for the care I received. Thank you.

The waiter at the front desk for almost 5 minutes, standing in front of two nurses who were looking at their computer. They didn't even acknowledge my presence. Once I finally got them to notice me they gave me a sheet to fill out so I sat down and did so. This was at 11:45 a.m. . I was told VMI potential employer that I had a 12:00 appointment, it was 12:50 before they finally saw me. The nurses were not friendly, and one of them told me they did not do appointments. And she was telling me that they did not make appointments, another nurse looked at the appointment sheet and said he doesn't have an appointment. I asked which one is it do you not do appointments, or do I not have an appointment? They were very unprofessional and I will not be returning.
