The worst one!!!! Not even busy and they take their time. Pulled up to the window to get my food and you got teenager's playing around. I'm in the restaurant business. Been in it for over 27 year's so I understand. I'm also a manager. So where is management when you need it. I prefer the one by exit 5.

This McDonald's establishment is very poorly ran. If you live in North Augusta, SC do not go here. The workers here are very rude and incompetent. I'm surprised they are capable of making the food let alone serving it. The management (if you can even call it that) is an absolute joke. McDonald's cooperation should be ashamed and disgusted by the people they have running and working at this location. I've had problem after problem every single time I go. I'm done I will not return to the McDonald's on Georgia Ave. When you tell the worker that what is on the screen is incorrect while you are placing your order and the worker doesn't correct it, then move to the window tell them again she still refused to change it and argues that it is correct. Proceed to the last window where they ask me to pull forward and serve the next 3 cars behind me. Then to have them hand me my order which I check and not surprisingly the order is wrong! How hard is it to get a hamburger with No cheese.

The burrito that was served to me was elegantly made. tasty, just one of the best burritos I ever had in my life at McDonald's. the cheese was placed properly the meat it was enough...

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would! It is by far the absolute worst McDonald’s you will ever visit! So rude to their customers! I can’t believe these people still have jobs. Shame on management in this location! I will never visit this location again. I don’t care how far I have to drive. The McDonald’s off of exit 5 is a much better choice. I hope someone who can make a difference reads these reviews. I am definitely not the first to review how awful this place really is. Horrible service every single time I visit, so it definitely was not a one time situation.
