I had the best car buying experience! It was great working with Wayne and their excellent well-organized team that did everything right from the beginning to the end.nI was searching for a particular vehicle that I wanted and searched across the entire country to find it. I found the vehicle I wanted at Herlong Ford in which they’re located 2,800 miles away from me, and their service has been spectacular from the start.nTo begin with, since they’re located far away, they did an excellent job with detailed description about the vehicle and great photos so I knew exactly what I was buying. When I called to ask about the availability, Wayne, the sales person gathered EVERYTHING that I have requested about the vehicle. Usually when I request about the vehicle, there’s usually one or two things that would go wrong, but not with Wayne. He knew that I was very particular of how I would like to get every detail about the vehicle as he knew that I would be buying unseen. He even did Facetime with me to do a walk through and he would do a test drive of the vehicle so I would know everything about the vehicle. Then, he outlined the entire process to me and whenever I had any questions, he would be very responsive and would get back to me right away.nI was very concerned buying a vehicle 2,800 miles away unseen, but working with Wayne and his team made that concern go away.nI can’t thank enough for having Wayne as my salesperson as I really appreciate everything he did to make this the best purchasing experience!

I inquired about a new car online and within minutes Kelsey gave me a call. She was not pushy at all and asked me to text her pictures of my trade (this Millennial appreciated that) and she would work up a value for me. Within hours I had a ballpark estimate for my trade and the final sales price of the car. It was already late in the day by this point so Meryl (F&I) gave me a call the next date to discuss my rates and payments. I was so excited that I drove to the dealership within the hour to purchase the car. Kelsey is not like your typical salesperson; she is not pushy and is straight forward, something I appreciate as my husband is usually working and it's just me at the dealership. Meryl was amazing, she was so down to Earth and honest about what I needed and what I didn't, again another thing that as a woman, I really appreciated. My experience as a whole was phenomenal, I have bought several cars and it has never been this easy. Keep up the great job!
