Parson Inn has been a great stay for my work travels to Charleston. My most recent stay was in the Van Gogh Room, Downtown Charleston. Perfect location to experience the distant sounds of the city and the privacy of a vacation getaway. Because of home schooling, I travel with my daughter and she adores this place. Great stay and great sleep.

Had such a great experience! Right from the start the owner, Karen, was so communicative and helpful. I stayed in the Blues room and it was just as the pictures showed. So cute! and there was wine and snacks on my bed when I checked in! The only thing I was surprised by was that the bathroom was down a flight of steps instead of right outside the room but that was not a big deal. Great location walking distance to King St but in a quiet area with off-street parking. I took advantage of the keurig in the room and the comfy chairs on the porch. They unexpectedly had to fix the AC while I was staying there and Karen went above and beyond for the whole thing, she not only gave me a different room to use with working A/C while they were fixing the unit, she also bought me lunch for the inconvenience (which wasn't really an inconvenience at all) I would recomend this place to anyone!

I stayed at the Parson Inn 07/01- 07/03, and my stay was amazing. Mrs. Karen and her staffs hospitality was excellent. I loved the personality of the Van Gogh room my husband and I stayed in. We also enjoyed the patio space outside of our personal bathroom. I look forward to visiting Charleston and the Parson Inn in the near future.

What an excellent stay I had at Parson Inn! I am so happy I chose to to stay at this wonderful Inn on my most recent visit to Charleston. My oversized bedroom had a fireplace, sofa and big screen TV. The dining room had seating for 6 right off a full size kitchen complete with tile counter tops. The living room was beautifully decorated and had tons of windows looking out over the cute courtyard. The bed was cozy and felt like heaven! Every nook and cranny was cute and cozy. Full size washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus!nnOne side note the place was squeaky clean! Everything was spotless and the sheets were crisp and cool!nnThe Inn is around the corner from the Gnome Cafe and just a block away from tons of other dining and shopping spots. Easy to get to everything. The parking is safe and secure!nnMy week spent at Parson Inn was incredible and the nicest experience I’ve had in a long time.
