An absolute wonderful experience!nI booked last minute for a quick unexpected trip. Luckily Hyatt House Charleston had a last minute accommodation. It was a beautiful, and very clean room. The front desk staff could not be nicer. Even the drinks that I ordered at their bar were great. I can not wait till I can book my next trip with Hyatt House Charleston.
Good customer service... walking distance from a lot of stores and food places
We had a great few nights stay at Hyatt House in Charleston. It's a great location on King street to venture out walking and find local shops and eateries. The staff was super friendly. Room was cold and quiet. Bed comfy. Room was huge. We were stoked on the gym as it had quite a big to offer for lifting as well. Will definitely stay again.
Checked in today. The room was late. We arrived around 3:30pm and had to wait 45 min while not being able to park anywhere. They gave us keys which were supposed to work for parking garage. But it didn’t. I had to pull ticket and was charge for that time. The Hyatt would not reimburse me $3.00 for their mistake. Really? $3.00nnTheir card was supposed to give us a rate of $20 a day. I guess I’ll have to pay $23 for the first day.nnI really didn’t feel the customer service.
Traveled from Columbia to stay a couple of nights for my girlfriend's birthday. Clean room with a great smell. Enjoyed the indoor bar and the people make you feel welcome here. I will definitely return!!!
